(More customer reviews)I bought two of these a while ago and I will never buy any other pan again.These things are slick enough that I only need to flour them and the cookies slide right off.I have silicone cake pans and I can tell you that I prefer these, and not just because they don't wobble and spill like silicone does.I am going to give them the ultimate test pretty soon (caramels) and I am confident they will pass with flying colors.
