(More customer reviews)This is the best wine opener I've ever used.It is fool proof.The bottom fits perfectly on the top of the bottle which prevents the screw from going in crooked.Then you just turn.You turn until the screw is all the way in the cork and then keep screwing until the cork comes out.No pulling involved at all.I've never had any problems in the dozens of bottles I've opened.Would buy again and recommend to all my friends.
