I just discovered them.
The liquid from cutting veggies or anything does not drip off. The sides are raised, with out that well around, where food gets stuck, when pushing food off. Top is all smooth. You can use both sides.The way the rubber corners are, this does not worp.
The board stays sturdy on my granite counter top.
Its not real heavy, which makes it easy to carry with veggies on, to the pot etc.
After chopping, I just have to take the back-side of my Knife to push off
what ever I have cut up on this board, Off. That is why I love these boards.
The end part of the board narrows in, so its just the right size so nothing falls on my stove, but right into my pot, salad bowl etc.
I do not like useing wood boards any longer.
There too heavy for me, and I do not think they get as clean, although I do not put any chopping boards in the dishwasher...
When I cook, I use more then one board for cutting.. This is a good size for a cutting up a few different veggies, and pushing them over to the side, before putting in the pot.
