Pros: Have cooked several batches of cookies, the sheets have shown no signs of warping. Cookies baked evenly, no burnt spots.
The cookie sheets are super easy to clean. I made sugar cookies with green and red colored sugar topping. After every batch I wiped down the sheets with relative ease, but some sugar did melt onto the sheet. I couldn't believe how easy it was to wash off the melted sugar.
They're durable, no nicks or scratches with normal use.

I love these cookie sheets and intend to buy more.
