(More customer reviews)The pan itself is good I have had no real problems with it.The silicone insert is another story though.I have a Silpat silicone mat which I love, it never sticks.I thought this silicone mat would be similar, I was very wrong.I have baked multiple things on this mat and everything sticks.I have to use lots of non-stick stray which totally defeats the purpose of the silicone insert.If your looking for a good pan this one will do the job, but if you want a non stick cooking surface...buy something else.
