(More customer reviews)I bought this item based on the picture.The picture displays a Stainless Steel lid and see through glass reader as to whether or not the coffe is ready.What I got was an item that was a regalware but had a black lid and no glass reader.This is false advertising! The picture of what I selected and paid almost 75.00 for including shipping and handling was no where near the same quality of what was received.Then they will only pay for returns if they made the error.Next Day Gourmet has made a serious error in the advertisement of this product but takes no responsibility for paying on the return.This is not a company I would buy from again and find it very disappointing for all the effort I have had to go through due to this companies poor policies.
