(More customer reviews)I had a farberware electric wok for years, it was always in use, but it gave up. So a friend replaced it with this as a gift, it is like cooking over a votive candle. It just doesn't heat up and stay hot well, deep fat frying-tempura- is a joke. The element just doesn't do anything. Very disappointed in it. Don't waste your money as they are pricey.
